I am currently a second-year student (out of five) at Stevens Institute of Technology.
I am majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Quantitative Finance. My path to becoming a Computer Science student involved many trials and errors, but they ultimately shaped who I am today. As for Quantitative Finance, I have been interested in the field for a long time. I believe that in today's AI-dominated world, having knowledge in more than one professional field is not just about expertise, it reflects the ability to learn, to stay self-inspired, to understand how people interact across different disciplines, and to broaden one's horizons.
I am also a varsity tennis player at Stevens. The reason I chose to stay on the team goes beyond maintaining high standards for myself or pursuing a professional skill as a useful interest. For me, it is also about time management, mental and physical health, and building connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
